  8. Feature - UK and French foreign ministers in L'Osservatore call for arms control

    12-Nov-2009

One of the great tragedies of our times is the uncontrolled spread of weapons, often from illegal markets, sometimes in violation of international embargoes. Because of this long friendship, I testified before the State Board of Pardons and Paroles in support of Mark's petition for clemency. My appeal to the board and my position today is that justice for Brown's murder would be served better by Mark's life than by his death. - Sarah Brown @ AJC
