Pope's new Castel Gandolfo webcam

Published: August 10, 2009

Pope Benedict has a new webcam at his Castel Gandolfo summer residence.

The camera has been fitted in the gardens of Castel Gandolfo allowing internet users to watch the pope out for a stroll.

It joins five other webcams dotted around the Vatican City, which have proved popular with web surfers, Vatican newspaper the Osservatore Romano said.
